Russian Federation and United States of America suspended negotiations on climate.
The special representative President of the Russian Federation concerning climate Ruslan Sayd-Khusaynovich Edelgeriev reported that negotiations with his American colleague John Kerry "are put on a pause". As mister Ruslan Sayd-Khusaynovich Edelgeriev considers, global questions of the international character "have to be raised on the paramount agenda because the local conflicts always were, is and will be".
